I’ve been using this on crowded trains, and I feel way less worried about my stuff. The zippers stay tucked away, so I’m not constantly checking over my shoulder or clutching my bag. Nothing of mine has been snatched so far, which is exactly what I needed.

I’ve had a good experience with Peak Design and can see why people speak so highly of them. Their gear feels well thought out and reliable, and the website was straightforward to use. The prices are definitely on the higher side, which is why I’d give it 4 stars, but overall I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Not gonna lie, the colors looked exactly like I hoped they would. The shade matched my photos really well, and I’m happy with the choices.

The design is clean and modern, and I can see the pattern of what they were going for with the overall style. I’m assuming they wanted it to feel sleek and a little high-end, which it does, but some parts feel a bit overdone to me. It looks nice overall, just not completely my personal taste.

I had to send back an order from Peak Design and, to be honest, I was expecting the refund to take a little while like it often does with online returns. But it came through really fast once they received the item back. I didn’t have to follow up or send any awkward emails, which was a nice surprise. The return itself wasn’t exactly something I was excited to deal with, but they made the whole process painless. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again

I’ve got a few Peak Design items i like their stuff a lot. Most of it holds up really well. The annoying part is trying to get replacement pieces. Some little parts are easy enough to find, but others are either out of stock or just don’t seem to be listed anywhere, which is FRUSTRATING. Customer support was nice and polite, just not exactly quick. Overall, it’s good gear, but I really wish they made spare parts easier to buy without having to dig around so much

Of course I ended up needing the item at the worst possible time, but luckily they actually had it in stock. I was able to grab it without any hassle, which was a relief.

i mean, I mostly picked up the Peak Design Everyday Sling for travel, and the weight has been pretty much perfect. It feels sturdy and well made without feeling bulky, even when I’ve got my camera and a small lens packed inside.

It’s easy to carry around all day, and I like that it fits neatly under a seat or in my suitcase when I’m not using it. i’ve ended up grabbing it way more often than I expected. Really happy with it

I’d been going back and forth on buying a Peak Design bag for ages because it definitely isn’t cheap. A friend kept recommending it to me, and now that I finally have one, I get why. The materials feel really solid, the zippers are super smooth, and it’s just easy to use every day. I’ve been using my Peak Design Everyday backpack for a couple of years now, it’s held up better than a lot of other bags I’ve owned. It still feels sturdy, and it’s been through plenty of daily use without looking totally beat up.

One thing I really appreciate is that the little parts don’t feel like a lost cause if something wears out. Zippers, dividers, straps, clips, that kind of stuff can be cleaned up or replaced, and when I needed help figuring out a replacement clip, their support made it painless.

I’m giving it 4 stars because some replacement parts can be a bit expensive, and they aren’t always in stock. But overall, it leaves me feeling like I bought something I can actually take care of long-term instead of eventually tossing it.

I picked up a Peak Design bag after going back and forth on it for a while, mostly because my old bag was starting to annoy me during my commute. I didn’t even think the comfort would be the main thing I noticed, but it really is. The straps sit nicely on my shoulders and don’t dig in, even when I’ve got my laptop, charger, water bottle, and a bunch of random stuff I probably don’t need in there. Everything is easy to grab too, which is nice when I’m half-awake in the morning. I’ve been using it for work and a couple of short trips, and my back feels a lot better than it did with my old bag

I got my order from Peak Design and I’ll admit, the unboxing was smooth. The packaging looked clean, everything was packed securely, and the box felt sturdy without having a bunch of extra junk inside.

That said, I was a little disappointed because with all the hype, I expected it to feel a bit more special. Nothing was bad or cheap-looking, and it still made a decent first impression, but it didn’t really wow me the way I thought it might.

I ordered a camera strap from Peak Design after reading through the product page a couple of times, it matched up really well with what arrived. The photos and details were accurate, and nothing felt like it was being glossed over.

The size, color, and the way the clips work were all exactly as shown. Even the smaller details, like the materials and adjustability, were explained clearly, which was nice because guessing on gear like this can be ridiculous.

I’ve bought camera accessories before where the description makes them sound way better than they actually are, but that wasn’t the case here. This felt straightforward and honest, so it’s 5 stars from me.

My delivery showed up super late, like, way later than I expected. It was frustrating, especially since I was waiting around for it.

My bag ended up being backordered, but they actually kept me in the loop the whole time!!! The preorder timing was clear, so I wasn’t left guessing or stressing about it. Overall, really easy experience!!!
